Aspen Grove strives to serve foster families through three different ways:
- W.R.A.P Teams: The average foster family keeps their house open for one year. The reason so many close is because families do not have proper support. With a W.R.A.P team, we "wrap" around foster families and provide for their material needs (beds, strollers, meals, childcare, etc.) and spiritual needs (prayer, comfort, words of encouragement, etc.)
- Care Portal: Don't have the time or skills for WRAP? Take a look at Care Portal. Here, you can see individual cases that come up and how you can help! Maybe it's financially. Maybe it's with a specific skill set. Maybe it's doing the laundry. Everyone can serve!
- Events: We offer events open to Foster Families throughout the year, including Egg Hunts, Parent Workshops, and Parent's Night Outs. Our building is always available to be used for Foster Parent Training, Foster Family and Bio family meetings, and more!
